1. What is the "Normality Transformation Method?"

[ Entrance of the practise pages is at the bottom of this page.]

Do you think that your own body shape comes from heredity?
I think most of you are always wondering why thin people can keep their body thin though they eat as much as fat people do.

What on earth is the difference between fat people and thin people?
It is the strength rate of muscle tension in which that difference appears.

For example, perhaps you will clearly see the difference of the neck by comparing thin person's and fat person's.
Thin person's neck is very stringy and looks much powerful in muscle strength. It may be because the muscle of the neck becomes extremely tense.
Not only in the neck, but also in each and every area of the body (the ankle, wrist, knee and so on), you can find the muscle tension of thin person extremely high.
How about fat person on the other hand?
As to fat person, you can find its muscle tension extremely loose.

What do these facts mean?
Based on either case, it is clear that the primary cause of determining the body shape depends on neither amount of foods or exercises, nor heredity.
"The normality transformation method", which is going to be mentionned, is based on the facts that changing the amount or content of foods and of exercises
is no longer effective, and that this is your own power of the will that makes the true change of the body possible.

At first, I start with the explanation of the two principles of the normality transformation method.

1) The amount of fat in every area of the body depends upon the strength rate of the muscle tension of the area.

The above terms, "the strength of the muscle tension" mean, in brief, how much you squeeze your muscle of the area.
I think some of you may have already known it. Because it is scientifically proved that squeezing the muscle brings about a fat-burning effect.

Here, let me tell you about an interesting experiment made before on some TV programs specializing diet and nutrition.
In the experiment, a thin person and a fat person had same amount and calories of foods. Then, the changes in the surface temperature of their bodies was viewed by thermographic camera after meal.

As a result, thin person's temperature rose higher than it had been 1 hour later. On the contrary, fat person's didn't show any change.

This result gives us much suggestion as to what the first principle means.
As for thin people, because their strength of muscle tension in all areas of the body is so strong, fat burns easily, the energy they got from meals radiates constantly with heat, and the capacity of energy accumulated in the body can be small.
As for fat people on the contrary, because their strength of muscle tension in all areas of the body is so weak, they are very slow in burning fat, the capacity of energy accumulated in the body becomes big, and the energy they got from meals is stored on and on as fat.

To summarize,
The tighter and longer you squeeze your muscle, the more fat is consumed.
The less and shorter you squeeze, the more fat is accumulated.

2) In order to be effective on decrease (or increase) of fat by changing the strength rate of the muscle tension, you must keep the high strength rate, not temporarily, but constantly your whole life long.

This is the most essential point of the normality transformation method.
This second principle means, if the change of the strength rate of muscle tension is temporary, that it will be only a temporary effect as well, and that you will immediately be back to as you were.
That is, it will be in vain if you immediately stop keeping it, no matter how tight you squeeze your muscle of the area at a time.
What is important, even if you feel "not-regular" while doing, is that you have to keep the muscle constantly tense.

Transforming the state of body into another for good on your own volition, in other words, making the transformed state as a normal state, this is why this method is called "Normality Transformation".
