Stomach


The reason that you have a fat belly, is that the muscle strength pulling your stomach inside have gradually weakened.

To flatten your stomach, above all, keep always stomach pulled-in consciously. (See the Fig. below)
Only doing this will improve your stomach muscles working much more than it used to.
If you feel hard to keep it, let your stomach come back out for a while, then keep it pull again.
And repeat again and again until you don't feel it to be hard any more, and also make this pulling posture of the stomach eventually as a normal state.
